Viacom partnered with Theorist to provide a series of social video workshops designed to help Viacom Velocity team members from across all networks better understand the platforms they work with and how to optimize campaign for different audiences.
 



The Approach

Theorist worked closely with Viacom Velocity team members across networks as well as across Viacom departments to deliver dynamic, interactive workshops catered to each group. The goal was to ensure all Velocity teams work with a shared knowledge base and a mutual understanding of social video goals for each platform and each campaign.

 

The Results

Theorist’s initial workshops were so popular that Velocity teams requested additional departments be included on workshop information and that additional network teams be brought in for similar sessions. This sparked an additional round of Theorist/Velocity working sessions in 2017 and has grown into an ongoing strategic partnership into 2018, covered by major new media publications.
